Our Story
Hooves and Paws Massage LLC was born from a lifelong passion for animals and a deep commitment to their well-being. As the founder and owner, Carly has always loved and advocated for all creatures—big and small—believing that every horse, dog, and animal deserves to feel heard, comfortable, and cared for.
From a young age, Carly felt a special connection to animals, drawn to their quiet strength and the ways they communicate without words. This empathy led her to pursue a career in veterinary medicine, where she worked as a vet tech for 4 years, gaining invaluable hands-on experience in animal health, behavior, and care. During this time, she witnessed firsthand how physical discomfort can affect an animal's quality of life, deepening her desire to provide targeted, therapeutic support beyond traditional veterinary treatments.
This calling evolved into specialized training in massage therapy. Carly became certified in both equine and canine massage in 2024 and has since dedicated herself to hands-on work, with about two years of experience massaging animals. She has seen the profound difference therapeutic touch can make—whether helping a senior dog move more freely, relieving tension in a hardworking horse, or simply bringing moments of deep relaxation and trust.
In 2025, Carly founded Hooves and Paws Massage LLC in the heart of Texas, serving the Boerne area and beyond. The business reflects her core belief that animals deserve advocacy just as much as humans do. Through professional, gentle massage therapy, she helps give them a voice—listening intently to their bodies, addressing pain and imbalances, and promoting healing, mobility, and joy.
At Hooves and Paws Massage LLC, every session is rooted in respect, patience, and genuine love for the animals we serve. Carly is honored to walk alongside horses and dogs (and their devoted humans) on their journeys toward greater comfort and vitality. Whether it's a performance horse preparing for the next event or a beloved family companion seeking relief, the goal remains the same: to help each animal thrive with dignity and ease.
